you can use ms paint if your on windows to easily locate the coordinates. those coordinates can be found in the lower left of your ms paint. however you may need to add a negation sign to each coordinate for it to work..

im not sure if this is already included in the article haven't read through the whole article sorry andew :D *high five*

There are no errors with the code in this article, that problem was specific to your personal web page that you asked me to look at earlier. Just wanted to clear that up for other readers.

But yea, with the exception of 0 we do need to specify a measurement such as px.

Very nice article. I'm using this technique in one of my current projects. I did notice an error though in the css. In the background-position on one of the numbers the "px" was left off and prevented me from making it work. I know I should have picked that up myself, but I think it would be a good idea to fix that anyway to avoid confusion. Overall though, this is excellent.

Excellent article, I wish this would have been around earlier this year when I jumped into the sprite game. Great work on the image examples and code snippets as well, this will definitely be of use in my future projects.
