Thanks Cris, yea the pen tool is quite nice. The lasso is tedious!

@andrew - rastor gets pixelated when you resize it, as to vector you can resize it in any sizes you want and it will maintains it form..

it would be better if you master the pen tool instead of the laso tool.

Well done Tania! This article is well written, very easy to follow and I really like the technique you used. Honestly, I didn't know the difference between rastor and vector, and as I experimented yesterday (draft preview) I realized just how cool vector graphics are and all the neat ways I can utilize them in the future.

As far as creating silhouettes go I've always used the lasso tool, but for now on I think I'll go with this technique you've shown us.
