Assuming you entered the correct nickname and password (they're case sensitive), it sounds like you have either JavaScript and/or Cookies disabled. Please enable them both.
If it turns out they're enabled, you're entering an incorrect nickname or password. If this is the case, you can recover your information here.
If you're locked out of your account, you have to know your 1) nickname; 2) email on file; or 3) account code to get back in. If you know your nickname or email on file, you can use this form to get back in.
Otherwise, please submit a support ticket that includes the Account Code you were given in the confirmation email when you registered.
You can change your email address and password by going to Edit Profile. You'll be asked to confirm the change and provide your current password.
